Frequently Asked Questions

FEES, INSURANCE, POLICIES, AND MORE

  • The range for session is between $125-$250 up to 3 individuals -(50 minute sessions).

    $125 for regular individual sessions (50-minute sessions)

    $150 for regular couples sessions (50-minute sessions).

    *Family session upon request. [up to 3 individuals ($250.00- 60-minute sessions].

    * Inquire about additional parties added to your session.

    If addition time is desired, hourly fees will apply.

    I do offer lower fees or “sliding scale” if slots are available.

    HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Full payment of will be required at each session (see above for session fees).

  • I do Not take insurance, however, I am able to provide you a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, (a medical diagnosis is required).

  • If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for the full fee of the session.

  • Office hours are Monday through Saturday both days and some evenings. I am available in person and virtually per your request and based on your personal needs.

  • Investing in a professionally trained clinician such as myself is more of an investment in gaining clarity, connection and real change that can last, if you are ready and willing to do the necessary work. I am someone who can hold you accountable, allowing you a safe space to uncover the mysteries of your choices, behaviors and thoughts that continue to keep you stuck on the merry-go-round, when life should feel like a rollarcoaster.

    I can offer support to manage stress, anxiety, parenting support, disconnect, betrayal, just to name a few.

    Our job together is to get to the core of repeated, unwanted behaviors. Having a deeper understanding of reoccuring patterns, unmet needs, emotional blind spots, and survival strategies that once helped, but now keep you or your relationships stuck can be identified and worked through. My work will help you to understand the why, not just manage the symptoms.

    With my background in marriage and family therapy, school counseling, and real-world experience with teens in high-risk environments, and personal family conflict resolution; my clients aren’t just heard, they are seen, understood and guided. I believe in my work and I will believe in you.

    I will give you tools, a new vocabulary, and strategies you can use to begin transformation with yourself (growth), as well in your personal relationships; partner and/or children.

    Parents come to me when they feel scared, confused, or like they’re losing their tween or teen.


    Couples come to me when communication feels broken or trust feels fragile. They may feel isolated, unseen and alone.


    Individuals come when they’re overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.
